I started in architecture, trained to think in systems, aesthetics, and human behavior. That lens never left. I co-founded NexaPortal, grew it to a 12-person team, and shipped AI that serves 20,000+ users daily.

01 - STORY
My work sits between product judgment and technical execution. I care about the moment an ambitious idea becomes something a team can operate, explain, maintain, and trust.
At ePlanet Brokers, that has meant shipping AI into a real financial platform: retrieval systems with citations, human-reviewed content workflows, automation pipelines, and interface patterns that make complex operations easier to run.
Before that, I co-founded NexaPortal Group and built a 12-person product team across healthtech, CRM, AI, and brand systems. The through-line is simple: I turn messy systems into products people can actually use.
Implementation is the product.
A model demo is not a business system. The real work is data shape, workflow design, trust, maintenance, and adoption.
UX decides whether AI survives.
People do not adopt intelligence they cannot understand, control, or fit into their day. The interface is part of the system.
Strategy should end in shipping.
Good AI strategy creates decisions, prototypes, owners, and production paths. Otherwise it is only a nice document.
Craft compounds.
Strong systems are made from many small decisions: naming, states, latency, error handling, content, and visual clarity.
