BookedPlus is a multi-service booking platform — appointments, reservations, and experiences all in one place. I delivered the complete brand identity and iOS app UX design from brief to high-fidelity prototype.

Visual direction: Modern, approachable, fast. The booking category is dominated by either overly corporate products (grey, dense, transactional) or overly casual ones (loud colors, cluttered screens). BookedPlus needed to occupy the white space between: professional enough for B2B service providers, delightful enough for consumers.
Logo system: A wordmark with a subtle checkmark integration — communicates confirmation and booking in a single mark. Clean at any size from app icon to billboard.
Color palette: A confident primary blue anchors the brand in reliability; a bright coral accent drives action states (CTA buttons, confirmations). White dominant surfaces keep the interface feeling clean and fast.

The core challenge: BookedPlus aggregates multiple service types (beauty, wellness, restaurants, events). The IA had to be clear enough for a first-time user to discover immediately, and efficient enough for a returning user to rebook in under 30 seconds.
Solution: category-first discovery for new users, recent + favorites for returning users. Two mental models, one interface, no friction for either.
Discovery → Booking → Confirmation: The core transaction in 4 steps maximum: Find the service → Select the time → Review → Confirm. Every additional step was evaluated against user drop-off risk and eliminated where possible.
Service provider profiles: Designed for trust: photo gallery, verified reviews, pricing displayed upfront, real-time availability. No "contact for pricing" — the decision to book is made before a human conversation is required.
Booking management: The post-booking experience — upcoming appointments, history, rebooking — designed for the 80% use case: confirming what's already booked and quickly rebooking a recurring service.
Delivered a complete Figma component library covering all UI states: default, hover, loading, empty, error, success. Built for handoff — auto-layout structures designed for direct iOS implementation.

Full iOS design system delivered from high-fidelity wireframes to developer-ready Figma specs. The design established the visual language and interaction patterns for the platform's initial build.
